How long will my delivery take?

Orders with standard shipping received before 1:00 PM PST (4:00 PM EST) are expected to ship the same day. Expedited orders received before 1:00 PM PST (4:00 PM EST) are expected to ship the same day. Orders placed on Friday after cutoff times stated above, will be processed the following business day.
PO Box Addresses will not be shipped via FedEx or UPS
How will I receive my store credit?

We will email you to confirm once store credit is in process. Once the return is processed E-Gift Card within 2-5 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, we offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available. Please note that you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item.
Once we receive your Exchange Request, we will begin processing your order. Please allow 3-7 business days for the Exchange Request to be processed and shipped.
Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and your Exchange will arrive to you within 2-5 business days once shipped.
We are NOT able to Process Exchanges for International Orders.
Do you ship internationally?

International shipping cost are calculated once at checkout. Address and billing information will be required to calculate the shipping cost. Transit time can vary depending your local carrier who will then fulfill your delivery. Standard International orders are usually delivered within 7-17 business days.
