WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires, and we hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
Enter your email address in the box above to Start A Return. Once you enter your email address a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Return. Once you complete the Returns process a Packing Slip + Prepaid Return label will be emailed directly to you! Print the label out and send your package back!
Please ensure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the Packing Slip are included in the SAME package.
HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
To initiate an exchange, click the "START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE" link at the top of this page. Put in your email or order number on our returns page to start a return and please put in the "notes" section of the item return summary page that you'd like an exchange for a specific new size. If you're experiences any issues, please contact Hypeach Customer Support at email@example.com with your order number and items with Hypeach Style Number and size(s) you'd like to exchange.
Please ensure you only select the eligible items you would like to exchange. You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to start an exchange.
Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available. Please note that you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item.
Once we receive your Exchange Request, we will begin processing your order. Please allow 3-7 business days for the Exchange Request to be processed and shipped.
Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and your Exchange will arrive to you within 2-5 business days once shipped.
We are NOT able to Process Exchanges for International Orders.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item and we will rectify this right away: firstname.lastname@example.org

Please include the emailed packing slip along with the approved items that comply with our return policy requirements. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
We will email you to confirm once store credit is in process. Once the return is processed E-Gift Card within 2-5 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS & ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused.
- Merchandise must have all original hangtag labels attached.
- Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
- Swimwear and Bodysuits are returnable only if protective slip is still intact.
- FINAL SALE and FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
- Fashion Face Coverings are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns Or Exchanges!
- Please allow 3-6 business days for return processing.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- If an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to ship item back. This will be all items past the policy time frame, Final Sale items, and Accessories.
- If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is sent back to us, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
- Store Credit does not expire.
