HYPEACH store credit does not expire. It is emailed as an e-gift card once the item is returned in new, undamaged, and unworn condition to our fulfillment center. Did we mention, HYPEACH store credit never expires! :)

HYPEACH provides one complimentary return/exchange per order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the return/exchange to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation upon processing.
We are NOT able to Process Exchanges for International Orders.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items to the store. Returns will only be accepted if the items have not been worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition with all tags in place.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
We will email you to confirm once store credit is in process. Once the return is processed E-Gift Card within 2-5 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

- FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused.
- Merchandise must have all original manufacturer & hangtag labels affixed.
- Swimwear is returnable only if protective slip is still intact.
- Please allow 3-6 business days for return processing.
- If an item is ineligible for a Return and it is sent to HYPEACH, it is the customer's responsibility.
- Store Credit does not expire.
