FREE RETURNS FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS & NO RESTOCKING FEES. YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

 We provide the option of receiving either the refund issued to the ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT OR issuing as a STORE CREDIT for returns.

 

HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

  1. Contact Hypeach customer service at support@hypeach.com and please specify whether you'd like to exchange or return
  2. A Hypeach customer support representative will email you a Packing Slip + Prepaid UPS Return Label 
  3. Print the label out and mail your package to us
  4. Please allow 1-3 business days for the Exchange or Refund Request to be processed and shipped, upon being received at our fulfillment center

 

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item and we will rectify this right away: support@hypeach.com

Please include the emailed packing slip along with the approved items that comply with our return policy requirements.

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT OR REFUND?

Please allow 1 – 3 business days for the returned item(s) to be sorted, inspected, and processed by our warehouse. We will email you to confirm once store credit or refund is in process. STORE CREDIT is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. REFUNDS will only be issued to the original method of payment. The availability of the funds is dependent on your bank or Credit Card Company.

 

RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS & ADDITIONAL DETAILS
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused.
  • Merchandise must have all original hangtag labels attached.
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
  • Swimwear and Bodysuits are returnable only if protective slip is still intact.
  • If an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to ship item back. This will be all items past the policy time frame, Final Sale items, and Accessories.
  • If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is sent back to us, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
  •  Store Credit does not expire.
