WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?
+If your purchase arrived damaged, if items are missing, or if anything is wrong with your order: You must let us know within 48 hours of receiving the order for us to evaluate your claim and resolve any issues where possible. Please confirm your address for accuracy before submitting you order to ensure timely delivery. HYPEACH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?
+You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return or exchange eligible items. We offer store credit for returns- we do not issue refunds to original method of payment. Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn, in brand-new, unused condition.
- All original tags must be attached and intact.
- Items must not have been washed.
- Items must be free of any odors.
- Swimwear is returnable only if protective slip is still intact.
- Please allow 3-6 business days for return processing.
- International purchases, APO addresses and PO Box addresses ARE INELLIGIBLE for prepaid USPS shipping lables. Please send your Return to:

DOES STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?
+HYPEACH store credit does not expire. It is emailed as an e-gift card once the item is returned in new, undamaged, and unworn condition to our fulfillment center. Did we mention, HYPEACH store credit never expires :)
EXCHANGES
+HYPEACH provides one complimentary return/exchange per order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the return/exchange to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation upon processing. We are NOT able to Process Exchanges for International Orders.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
+Orders with standard shipping received before 1:00 PM PST (4:00 PM EST) are expected to ship same day.

Orders placed on Friday after cutoff times stated above, will be processed the following business day.
PO Box Addresses cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
+International shipping cost are calculated once at checkout. Address and billing information will be required to calculate the shipping cost.
Transit time can vary depending your local carrier who will then fulfill your delivery.
Standard International orders are usually delivered within 7-17 business days.
DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
+Hypeach is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and Duties will likely be charged on the items of the order. If Taxes or Duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotion code on your order, you will be charged Taxes or Duties based on the original prices. We are legally obligated by border agencies to show the original prince if any item(s) purchased.

HOW DO THE TIERS WORK?
+Your rewards tier is based on your annual spend with us. Level 1 = up to $250 per year. Level 2 = $251 - $500 per year. Level 3 = $501 - $1000 per year. Level 4 = $1001+ per year. If you do not spend within 1 year, you will move down to the appropriate level.
WHERE DO I FIND MY REWARDS ACCOUNT INFORMATION, LIKE ORDER HISTORY?

CAN I COMBINE EMAILS OR ACCOUNTS?
+Unfortunately, no we are unable to merge accounts or emails.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
+If you redeemed VIP Club HYPEACH Cash Rewards on your last purchase, but want to return it, you’re cash rewards will be credited back to your VIP Club account and you’re receive an email from our VIP Club concierge team to confirm that.

+Referring friends must the first time customers in order for both of you to receive the referral HYPEACH Cash Rewards, and their order must have a minimum spend of $50. Also, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral module on your personal VIP Club Rewards page when you’re logged in.
