Fill a white wine glass halfway with ice.
Add the Aperol, prosecco and sparkling water, and stir twice.
Garnish with an orange slice.

Pour lavender simple syrup into a glass and fill the glass with ice.
Strain the cocktail over ice.
Garnish and serve cocktail!
Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Add in St. Germain, Campari, and sparkling white wine.
Garnish with cherries or apricots and serve immediately.
Place half an orange slice on the rim of each glass.
Divide blood orange juice equally among glasses and top with champagne at serving time!
