Slice zucchini, drizzle w/olive oil, and pan roast, grill, or bake for 2-3 minutes on each side so zucchnini stays firm as the nacho base.
Place on baking sheet & swith oven to broiler mode.
Add cheese and broil on high until cheese melts.
