Global Girl, a non-profit that combats racism and sexism by giving girls of color a voice in the media. Through teaching these girls journalism and digital media skills, GGM promotes freedom of expression and strengthens substantive journalism that addresses historically marginalized voices. At Hypeach, we work directly with GGM as a charity partner, and a portion of every Hypeach order goes to their cause. For International Women’s Day on March 8th, we wanted to recognize this strong group of women and girls and theior incredible work!

A podcast and video series, OVER TO HER, produced by GGM Greece help promote the goals of the United Nations Gender Equality Forum. These videos describe several feminist organizations, activists, leaders, and female entrepreneurs that/who tackle various issues of women’s and refugee rights. GGM Greece is the ONLY group raising awareness in the Greek media for critical gender justice issues. We wanted to share this with the Hypeach community to help gather support. Girl power all the way!
